Outdoor air usually cools through the night and reaches its low around dawn. Sleep44 follows the cooling half of that rhythm, then turns the AC off instead of actively warming the room.
After shutoff, the room may warm, hold, or keep cooling. Outdoor temperature, sunlight, insulation, HVAC, humidity, and internal heat all affect what happens next.

Enable at least one alarm in Clock, then tap below. If several are on, Sleep44 will ask which one to use.
Sleep44 sends a one-time connection to the Shortcut. Your Google and Nest credentials always stay on Sleep44.
Apple says Always Allow should be remembered. If it keeps asking, open Sleep44 in the Shortcuts app, open its Details, choose Privacy, and tap Reset Privacy. Run it again and choose Always Allow. View Apple’s instructions.
After you tap Add, follow the setup-complete message and swipe up to find Sleep44. It reads your latest enabled alarm every night you tap it.
